Where are your products shipped from?
Most of our orders are made in the USA and shipped from the USA.

How long does production take?

As each product or gift is made to order, production time can vary depending on the complexity of the product. Generally, production takes between 1-5 working days.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 2-9 working days, depending on your location.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Are your designs available in stores?
No, all of my designs are individual and unique and cannot be found in stores.

What should I do if I need to upload a photo for my custom order?
If you order a product where you're adding your own design and the option to upload was not available at checkout, please email your photo to support@vickiloveshorses.com. Your photo design will be hand-adjusted to ensure it looks perfect.

How can I contact you if I have questions?
If you have any questions or need assistance, you can use the chat feature on our website. If I am not answering the chat, it means I am either asleep or outside with my horses, but I will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?
If your order arrives broken or faulty please take a photo and email it to us. Please read our refund policy here for full instructions.
